I met my parent's at the phoenix airport on the 27th. We flew to Vegas which brings me to my first picture and story
The above picture is a picture of Bug strutting through the Vegas airport! When we got off the plane, she had a poopy diaper that was oozing out the top. I warned my dad when he went to pick her up that if he held her, he would get some on him. He didn't understand my warning I guess because he ended up picking her up and ended up getting poop all over himself! It was just our luck that our gate-checked bags didn't make it back to the gate and were taken to the baggage return location instead. I changed Bug's diaper but her clothes were way to gross to keep on her. So we allowed her to runway walk through the airport. . . . well, only for a second until we got her blanket out and wrapped around her. It was embarrassing and funny all at the same time! We did get a lot of concerned looks from strangers i was waiting for security to come and stop us!
Husband and his family packed our apartment and moved all our stuff to our new apartment the next couple of days. We are getting settled into our new home. we have a few more things we need to do before we can say we are totally settled. I'll post videos of the new apartment when i get the apartment looking decent. The front room looks good and so does the kitchen (thanks to my wonderful mother in law!!) But the bedrooms are kind of scary looking right now.

I was asked to play my flute for the Christmas program. this is how i practice these days. I ended up playing Little town of Bethlehem. I was really embarrassed because right before i stood up to play, I opened my water bottle and it exploded down the front of my shirt . . . so i stood up with wet spots all down the front of me! I tried to hide behind the music stand because of this. just my luck
Playing with her ducks in the bath
this is when we realized that we probably requested way to many dolls and girly toys for this little bug. She LOVES playing with daddy's tools and is a really quick learner!

getting lessons on the french horn. This is the last instrument picture of Bug for this post. Did you notice how many pictures of her there are? She has the Xylophone, Flute, Piano, and the French horn! We didn't take a picture of her playing the keyboard or any of the photo's of her new instrument bath toys. I think this girl will be a musician when she grows up, now which instrument will she play?
