Ky is letting me grow a garden!!! I'm so excited!! Last weekend I started working on it (Home Depot had a huge sale on gardening things.) We have a little plot in our back yard that is set aside for us to plant a garden. I borrowed my neighbor's (Ky's Sister's family) rake and shovel and started turning the dirt and adding manure to the area to help enrich the soil. (yes, i have no clue what i'm doing, Yes i am a blonde working on a garden, keep your fingers crossed that i can grow something)
This is a picture of the area after I played in the dirt and bugs for a little bit. There used to be dead plants from last year and dead leaves and pine needles all over the place so i got it cleaned up looking pretty good i think!!

My new gardening gloves!!! I'm way excited to have gardening gloves! I don't remember ever having some and it's so much fun to pretend to be a gardener!!

I have Tomatoes (the big juicy ones), Multi-Bell pepper plant (it claims to produce red and green bell peppers, lets see if it actually does), hot Banana peppers (because it reminds me of my sister Billy) yellow peppers, and two strawberry plants!!! Tomorrow i think i'm going to put some seeds in the ground
